Technical Support: Troubleshooting

Issues Uploading Photos:

  1. Ensure your camera permissions are enabled in app settings.
  2. Use a well-lit environment and avoid obstructions in the image background.

App Not Loading Properly:

  1. Check your internet connection and ensure it is stable.
  2. Update the app to the latest version available on the App Store or Play Store.
  3. Clear the app cache from your device settings.

Incorrect Waste Type Identifications:

  1. Ensure the waste item is properly centered and clearly visible in the image.
  2. Try retaking the photo in a well-lit area to improve AI accuracy.
  3. Update the app to ensure you have the latest AI model version.

Leaderboard Scores Not Updating:

  1. Ensure you’ve added waste to the bin after identification.
  2. Check your internet connection before submitting scores.
  3. Restart the app and try submitting your score again.

Unable to Delete Account:

  1. Navigate to the settings page and locate the "Delete Account" option.
  2. Ensure you confirm the action when prompted.
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

App Crashing Frequently:
